I am originally from sunny Southern California. I grew up in Huntington Beach where we had surf class as an alternative to PE in high school. I was always outdoors and could usually be found at the beach. I graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in real estate. I have held a real estate license in California since 2006, a real estate salesperson license, and a broker’s license in Colorado since 2017 and 2021. And now I am a real estate broker in Nevada.
Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I have a passion for helping buyers and sellers realize their goals in real estate. Whether it be purchasing a new home, selling an existing home, or helping a seasoned investor add one more property to their portfolio. I have also personally flipped 10 properties and am experienced with rentals. I am seasoned in all aspects of flipping real estate. From hard money lenders to wholesalers, to contractors, to city permits, and ultimately listing and selling the property for a profit.
Seeing a first-time homebuyer achieve their dreams of homeownership is a rewarding and exciting experience. Seeing a first-time real estate investor achieve their goals of flipping a property is another rewarding experience. Helping a seller achieve their goals of selling their home so they can purchase a larger home for their family is another rewarding experience. I thrive on helping others achieve their goals in real estate. I remember the excitement of purchasing my first home and flipping my first property and I love to share that excitement with others as they achieve their goals. I am very responsive to my clients and handle negotiations like a pro. Clients can pretty much always get ahold of me through text, email, or phone calls. My clients come first. I am a people person and appreciate the value of the Golden Rule "Always treat people the way you want to be treated."
I have also had a very successful career in commercial banking as an underwriter. Before real estate, I worked for a national bank and underwrote credit exposure for top-level bankers who provided lending services to municipalities such as cities, counties, and school districts. I covered mostly the central northwestern states. It wasn't uncommon for us to lend upwards of $30 million to help cities build infrastructure, improve their utility districts, and modernize their fire and school districts.
My goal is to develop lasting relationships with my clients. I believe if a solid relationship is built the rest will follow.
